Once you sign up, you can quickly create a landscape estimate or invoice with Square Invoices or choose one of the Square integrated products that fit your needs based on the landscaping services you provide. Square keeps everything synced with real-time tracking in one integrated system. If you’re currently using other landscape billing software or landscape invoice software, you can also sync those tools with Square.

It’s free to create a Square account, and you only pay for what you use. With many of our tools, you only pay the processing fee when you charge a payment. The processing rate is 2.6% + 10 cents for in-person credit card transactions and 3.3% + 30 cents for invoices. You can also accept ACH bank transfers with Square Invoices and pay a 1% processing fee. There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel anytime.
